  • Artillery Fakes 10/12/2007  - You may wonder, how in the world can someone fake an artillery shell? No one is attempting (at this time) to produce iron projectiles with the purpose of fooling anyone. However, I have had many suspect solid shot, and other spherical rounds brought to me over the years. All that I am attempting to do is show solid spherical shot examples that I am certain are something other than original Civil War projectiles (i.e. mill balls, rock crushers, etc). Pics coming soon!
